Information we receive

When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, company, organisation or professional name, inquiry category, relevant service, message and preference for email updates. You may leave optional fields blank.

Purposes and email updates

We use the information to respond to your inquiry, consider proposals, collaborations or media requests, communicate about those matters and keep a record of our correspondence.

If you opt in, we will send promotional emails and updates about LEGASEE services, events and initiatives. Opting in is not required to make an inquiry. You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying to an email or contacting us at the address below.

How your inquiry is sent

When you press Send on the review screen, your entries are sent over an encrypted connection to our server-side processing and delivered to our inquiry inbox through the email service Resend. Entering or reviewing the form alone does not send your inquiry to us.

Storage, protection and sharing

We limit access and use to what is necessary and take care to manage personal information appropriately. We retain it as needed to handle your inquiry, provide updates you have requested and meet legal obligations, and delete or otherwise dispose of information no longer needed.

We do not disclose personal information to third parties unless you consent or the law permits it. When external providers handle email, website operations or related tasks on our behalf, information is processed within the scope necessary for those tasks.

Website traffic and external services

This website is delivered through Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and connection information to deliver and secure the site. Cloudflare Web Analytics also measures page views and loading performance. Our implementation does not send inquiry form entries to this analytics service.

Resend processes your name, email address, message, email preferences and other entries as needed to deliver the inquiry. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent abusive submissions; Cloudflare processes device and browser information, IP addresses and related data for this purpose.

If you visit an external website, its provider’s privacy practices apply.

Storage in your browser

If you switch languages while filling in the form, your entries are temporarily stored in the same browser tab and removed from that storage after being read on the destination page. Entries older than two minutes are not restored. This temporary storage does not send your entries to us.

Your language choice, opening animation status and motion preferences are stored in your browser. You can remove these settings and the temporary form entries described above by clearing site data in your browser. Doing so resets your language and other preferences.

To request access, correction, deletion or restriction of the use of your information, to unsubscribe from email updates, or for other privacy questions, contact us below. We may verify your identity and will handle requests in accordance with applicable law.
